Who is behind LS Music?

About Lydia

Lydia is an experienced and lively teacher. Her engaging methods mean 100% pass rate in ABRSM exams and many pupils working with her for many years. Some even continuing after moving to a different country! With over 18 years of experience teaching within primary and secondary schools up to Faculty Leader level, she focusses on creating enjoyment while learning. Having started her own business LS Music 8 years ago, she is established in the Sevenoaks area as a sought after teacher.

Why is Music important?

All schools are required to have a Music Action Plan, showing progression from Year R - 6. This needs careful planning in the same sequenced way as Maths, English or Science. It is complimentary to broader, not an optional extra.
